Create an account and register your product with its serial number. We confirm the warranty.

Ask for a visit online or by phone. You see whether it is free before you book; with an AMC a free visit is used automatically.

Follow the job with your ticket number until the engineer has finished, then tell us how it went.

Common questions
How do I check the status of my service request?
Open Track a service request and enter your ticket number and the phone number you gave us. Signed-in customers see all their requests in their account.
What does an AMC cover?
A fixed number of maintenance visits in the year, labour on those visits, and a discount on genuine spare parts. The exact benefits depend on the plan.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
A free visit is only counted when the job is completed. Cancel before the engineer sets off and the visit goes back to your AMC.
What happens when my AMC expires?
We remind you before the expiry date. Renew before it ends and your cover continues without a break.
